I'd been injury free all winter until this morning. On the commute the trails and roads have been getting nice and icy, so today I decided to kick things up a notch and move faster than snow speed. So I'm cruising along when I run into a patch of impacted ridges of ice running across the road in front of me. I must have hit them just wrong, because since then my ass bone has been killing me. I can't ride for the moment. I didn't know a person could injure their ass bone.
Is there a better saddle I should be using? I've been riding with the standard Electra cruiser saddle, which is big and wide with a little spring in it.
I'm going to go soak my ass in the mean time. :D
