we should have a game of bike and people compete and call out the tricks and post videos of you doing them (or not doing them). I think that would be a lot of fun. Any opinions?

Would be fun, but I can't really do any tricks so I couldn't do it too well.

I think that I'd win, simply because all I have to do is do a basic trick that somebody calls out, and then say "triple barspin rodeo grind," "darkside air," and "switch-handed switch-footed frontside pedal feeble."

Is switch footed with your feet crossed over the top tube? I can hardly ride in a straight line like that...

the best thing i could proboally do is 360 lookback.

No, that's cross-footed. Switch-handed switch-footed = one-footer one-hander with the left hand on the right grip and left foot on right pedal.

It would be an amazing idea but i'm pretty awful so there's no point. I only just learnt 3's

Chris Gabriel

People on a snowskate forum did that and it worked out well but it would be hard because not everyone has the same stuff as others such as ledges and good jumps.

well lets see it then.

only because i've never seen it and i had been toying with the idea of trying that awhile back and i think it'd be sick

FitRider 921

I think we should just try it to see how it goes. But basically not use too many objects, and most tricks should be flatland, except ledges and benches... if you cruise around long enough you can find one of the two easily enough.

Chris Gabriel
02-11-07, 09:52 PM
yeah. I'll do it but I'm not great because I've been riding for less than a year. But it will be fun to try different things you guys do.

FitRider 921

Okay, let's start it up. I know it's the winter, but tough it out. Who wants to go first?

We got to make it organized more. Get a list of people who are in it and then make a time limit (I say a week) to complete the thing. Then after you get names start a new thread...I'm playing.

It's a table. But i think the rules gotta be as click or better. :p

premiumbmx2005
02-12-07, 08:27 PM
yeah i can click them but due to the lack of camera its hard.

we should do one trick a week, so ignore my last post.

This weeks 'task': Table (clicked preferably?)

I beleive you.
And i agree with you.
Trick-a-week.

This week is Table, my set. It's gotta be as good as mine or better. (I wouldn't consider mine clicked)

I have to say, I am forever in luck with that trick, and especially that picture.

FuzzyRyder
02-12-07, 10:31 PM
We have to do this again in the spring, cause I want in.

FitRider 921
02-12-07, 10:36 PM
I want in as well, I will lose horribly, but I want to play.

KinetikBiker
02-13-07, 12:34 PM
I think what we need to do is come Spring time we'll make a weekly thread with the 'set trick'...

Right now we need to get all the members who want to play to post and we'll make up an order. Judges are everyone who isn't playing.

Rules should be the trick has to be higher, more clicked, or the same as whatever the one set was.

Video clips or pics count.

Anything else i missed?

premiumbmx2005
02-13-07, 01:28 PM
one trick a week.

first person to post after previous trick is done sets the weeks trick.

FitRider 921
02-13-07, 01:34 PM
I don't think it should have to be more clicked or just better, as long as he trick is done and isn't a big bag of sketch.

Chris Gabriel
02-13-07, 03:41 PM
Yeah... It shoud just be if you did the trick or didnt do it because I dont have any good jumps around me so there is now way I'm going to be able to do better than that.

It's gotta be as good or better. You can't tell me if i go pedal my ass off at a quarterpipe and air it 10 feet your going to let someone do a 180 lower than coping height and that be equal. (I can't really air quarters 10 feet...)

So no. As good or better.

And we have to make an ORDER like a real game of Horse. Except we should play "FORUM" One trick a week and everyone has to do it to move on, if they don't they get a letter. Once your out you can help judge with the people that aren't playing.

EDIT: What are we going to do about pegs...not all of us run them? Should we have to hop on a friends bike?

wethepeople
02-13-07, 05:17 PM
Everybody must buy plegs, then there is no excuse not to run them.

premiumbmx2005

yes there will be. they will wear away faster and make no ***** sound.

wethepeople
02-13-07, 05:20 PM
Racist ******.

I wonder if they'll slide faster on park ledges...

premiumbmx2005
02-13-07, 05:24 PM
depends on exactly how hard they are, i guess

I don't like pegs on my bike.
I can ride them on someone else's bike, but i hate them on mine.

I always hit my feet on them and i don't like the weight.
