Omega oils (flaxseed) for mood, magnesium for sleep and stress, artichoke extract for digestive tract, saw palemeto to hopefully stave off prostrate probelems, Take Q10 when I remember to buy it to counteract traffic pollution.
Is that it?

No - Vallerian for sleep probs, which dog me.

I eat well, mostly organic, so hopefully, it's all just top up. But I like to make sure.

Advocare MNS Gold (when trying to lose weight), MNS Platinum (for increased energy), Muscle Strength, O2 Gold, Catalyst, Joint Promotion, Nighttime Recovery.... Oh yeah, and "Sports Legs" which does seem to delay or eliminate lactic acid build up in my legs. I can really tell a difference when I don't take my suppliments....

check out carbolin 19 from biotest. I have been most pleased with the results. I've gained a few pounds of mass while still in a hypocaloric state, so it seems to have about the same effect as my last PH cycle.

Though I've still got some of the good stuff around if you want it :)

While I consider good food the #1 thing you should focus on, I use Fish oil and protein powder if I need to up my protein intake. I also take a multi vitamin. In my youth, I tried lots of stuff and found most a waste of money.

I use advocare products Like the MNS Gold, shakes, spark, night time recovery, catalyst, and pro biotic. My son use the biotic blast for his food allergies. This is great stuff and I can really tell when I am not using them.

When you people say night time recovery are you referring to products such as somnibol? Somnibol is a slow release protein meant to release at a rate in which the body can actually absorb most of the protein. I took it back when I used to swim, but like everything else, it is hard for me to know if it really helped or not. I just remember it being on the higher priced side.

Two grams of Niacin a day. My doctor told me buying it as a supplement in a pharmacy instead of as a prescription drug is as effective and far, far cheaper. Dropped my resting pulse rate 13 BPM in three weeks.

Multi vitamin (minus iron)
Fish oil (All around awesome stuff)
Cod liver oil (Just as awesome as fish oil but with buttloads of vit A&D)
Beef Liver Extract (The creatine of the 70's, helps boost endurance and aids muscle recovery)
Creatine Monohydrate (Helps in the production and storage of ATP)
Whey Protein (Fast absorbing protein for post gym or post ride)
Casein Protein (Slow absorbing protein pre bedtime)
Vitamin E (Antioxidant and keeps me looking young!)
Folic Acid (Taken before bed produces crazy weird dreams! Kinda nice.)

I'll soon cut out the Cod liver oil now that fair weather is almost upon us and too much vit A&D can be a very bad thing.

I believe niacin can also be used to help flush your system for any urinalysis exams someone might need to pass. Mostly you just need to drink water, take a B vitamin (for the yellow color) and eat a huge steak (for the creatine in the urine) and you'll pass everytime......ummmm...I mean, yeah, niacin, good stuff!

You could also just stay away from the banned substances. I've managed to pass several urine tests that way.

We're actually not far from beer prohibition historically. You could've stayed away from it and avoided hassles, but then your life would not have been as enjoyable as God wanted it to be.

That is why I do not take ecstasy, 7L of water in 90 minutes, now beer on the other hand, you would have to drink standing in front of the urinal, as long as there is a TV in the wall I am all for it. Of course if you tried that with beer you would pass out first.

I don't drink, I don't smoke, and I'm not fat. I believe that all of these should be illegal. Theses are a larger drain on our society than any illegal substance, and probably all illegal substances combined, especially the third.
