Training & Nutrition - Cyclo-Core?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Has anyone signed on for the Cyclo-Core training stuff that's advertised here? Just wondering if I'm going to be bombarded with junk mail if I do. TIA.

i've downloaded his climbing plan. i constantly get emails about buying his cyclo-core program. but i've recently unsubscribed from it. haven't gotten an email from his since.
btw, the current issue of bicycling has a couple of his ab exercises in it.

I have both core and zen. I haven't been doing the core stuff because of a medical issue, but the Zen "fix the back, stay in the drops" exercises and stretches have been great - my back has stopped hurting and I'm much more comfortable on the bike.
It is true that Graeme sends out a lot of email. It annoyed me a bit at first, but it's grown on me.

well, i had it for about a month and returned it. it seems that it's for more advanced riders; i mean, i'm in my second season, but i'm just a serious recreational rider and it was just way too intense for me.
since returning it, i've joined a gym and started doing much more cardio and some weight training...

I use the core dvd and get the emails. One of the last emails he sent out really helped me since it was dealing with users reporting knee pain. I took his advice and I'm pain free. So they do have some useful information in them.
