Thanks so much my Foosters! And especially for Vega for starting the post. I thought everyone forgot me! Whooo Hooo. I feel old :(

I do have B'Day cake waiting for me. Real icing and loads of fat! Ask me if I feel guilty! NO! :D

Thanks guys and gals and I hope to get better with age. Now if I can just keep my mouth shut when I need to.

Well B'Day went okay. Tonight I am cooking dinner. Mahi Mahi seared with dry rub spices (lemon pepper); baked potato; and herb yeast rolls.

Appetizer: Buffalo Oysters

Dessert: B'Day cake of course!

Once again, thanks for all the good wishes and post here.

And VegaVixen, just for you a shot of Jack that I have been aging for years in the pantry! I like Bookers Bourbon best but at $60 per bottle I have to get it on special occassions.
