After taking several years off from mountain biking (Dr. orders after MTB accident that injured my back) I'm back in the saddle.
Recently purchased a Trek (4900) from LBS. The salesman impressed me with his knowledge and I like the "Made in USA" on the frame (for what that's worth). Have been riding as much as possible. You might never forget how to ride a bike but you seem to forget some of the finer pts of MTB'ng after seven years.
Wish I had read these forums prior to bike purchase and I might have bought differently. I'm enjoying the front suspension.
Have already garnered info in re roof racks from these forums. Am looking forward to reading more posts, posting and being a part of this online community.:)
