Would like to have a "professional" bike fit done in the Quad City area, or Rockford. My next choice would be Peoria or Madison, then maybe the far west suburbs.

I can only speak for Madison. Willy street bikes is probably the best for modern bikes and a plug for C&V, Yellow Jersey is a must.
