Hello everyone, I am planning on having a documentary video made of my trip coming up this summer. I'm taking a short tour of the southwest. I found at least one way to finance the trip. I read in another discussion on this site about the balance bar grant program. Just wanted to thank the community for the info. I finished my application today and if i am awarded the grant I will receive money to pay a film crew to record my journey. the video will be donated to children's programs to help inspire their participation in biking activities. So now I'm looking for people that would be interested in filmming my trip as well as participating as riders. Travel, lodging, and meals will be provided whether I get the grant or not. by the way, they are going to award multiple grants so if you're interested you should read about it. the info is at www.balancebar.com/grants and the deadline is thursday, May 15th. my fingers are crossed and I'm looking forward to a great trip this summer....
