Commuting - The Daily Commute

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Here is my 1.75 mile ride in the morning.. it's VERY good to be back in Montana. I've said it before and I'll say it again, those of you stopping by Glacier this summer or fall are more than welcome to stop in for a cup of coffee on me. If your on the West side I'm in the store across from the train station. Touring on a bike? Stop by for lunch on me.

Imagine being at this point, at 8 am on a sunny Saturday Morning in June. It's 65*F out and it won't get hotter than 72*F. You've got the MTB ready to go, a sack lunch in a small back pack.... and 2 Moose Drool Beers to wash it down.
Life is good.
Some guys have all the luck!

WOW, you live in the middle of no where!!!! A fare cry from New York State!!!!:D
dougmt, I used to live in Great Falls Mt..
Those pictures take me straight back man, I loved it there. I saw those mountains and thought, "hey, I recoginize those!!". LOL, that is highly unlikely. I remeber going to Glacier a few times and seeing loads of cyclists, at the time I thoguht they were all to poor to afford cars, and I felt bad for them. LoL, now I know better.

Beautiful!
It's just great to see other people's commute. This and Gonesh9's are superb.
The pictures help bring us together.
Anyone for a group hug ?:D

You should make that 1.75 mile commute a 175 mile commute with that scenery.
