Anyone firgured out a way to use the ErgoBrain button on the ErgoPower controls with other computers like the Cateye Astrale 8?

Technicaly is possible. I don't know how the Astrale is wired. But the way the ergo works is you actualy have to put the button in the levers. And then a wire leads out to the ergo brain. You could order the wire set to install the buttons in your levers then hook it up to the astrale.

yeah that's what I was thinking as well. I guess I'll have to crack open the astrale and see if i could hook the cables in somehow.

I just looked the buttons add-ons for the levers are only $12 so you are not out to much if does not work. If you are going to add them to a unit that doe snot support external buttons, you better be good at soldering.
