nitto 115's are pretty short and shallow too. it can be hard to find reach and drop measurements for a lot of bars. i think easton and ritchey both make shorter reach options.
the salsa pocos are probably the shortest, my wife has 38's on a bike and they look like almost fake, like a scale model of normal drops.

Surferbruce- How tall is your wife? I'm debating between the pocos and the salsa short n' shallows for my cross bike, but I'm wondering if the pocos will be too small.

You could commission a pair of these to be made... although I believe these were actually vintage.

I just got these (http://cgi.ebay.com/CINELLI-OEM-HANDLEBARS_W0QQitemZ110092942845QQihZ001QQcategoryZ27951QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem). They're pretty short. And cheap.

Wide bars are where it's at. Who wants to be constricted by some silly-ass 350mm track bars?

Some people like hunched shoulders and constricted lung capacity. It looks SEXY. narrow bars are the new corset baby!

Sure, so you cut your bars down nice and narrow, squeeze between trucks, and then next thing you know your bag's caught on some *******'s massive side mirror or you're shoulder-checking cars.

I don't see the improvement.
