Mountain Biking - Looking for SS frame advice

Folks,

I've got a box of parts that minus a frame (which I want to be steel) = a new bike.
I have a Rohloff hub with a disk brake, so I am looking at frames that either have an eccentric bottom bracket (example Salsa's El Mariachi (http://www.salsacycles.com/elmariachi.html)), sliding dropouts (ex On-One's 29er (http://www.on-one.co.uk/index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=56&MMN_position=59:59), which has been out of stock for months), or horizontal dropouts that will work with disks (ex the [Surley Pugsley]).
What else is out there? I know I'm missing god knows how many other frames, but I'm googled out.
Must be steel, not looking for custom made (ex IF (http://www.ifbikes.com/), I don't want to wait two years for a frame), but an off the shelf SS frame.

i read a lot of decent things in the 29er forum on the zion even though they are cheap. it is a simple no frills frame.

I don't have that much knowledge about mountain frames (road frames I know) and got overwhelmed by everything I found on the web. It's everyone's opinion I'm looking for, helps to weed out the trash.

I also prefer horizontal dropouts to EBB's but I have no real preference beyond being able to work with disks.

the nice thing about zion is that they don't have rim brake bosses. it is rare to find cheaper frames without them. unless of course you like them? i always use discs so i don't like those bosses. i went through a lot of trouble to get my Soma Juice frame sans bosses. :D now i have no money to build it...i have the frame to look at though!

I'd just as soon the brake bosses not be there, but I can live with them.

I had overlooked Soma, thanks again MX. Both the 4one5 and the Juice look interesting.

in your price range, there are loads of options. a surly 1x1 is a good, cheap option. i dont own one, but i know a couple people that do, and they dont have anything bad to say at all:http://www.surlybikes.com/1X1.html

if your dead set on steel, then ignore this but giant makes a aluminum frame called the "2to1" that is also great.

Gunner is another frame I overlooked, thanks. The Ruffian is a sweet frame. If the Rock Tour had an EBB, I would have found my frame.

I agree I can't find anything wrong with Surley, and the 1x1 will be on the short list.

Beautiful looking frames, but I'm dead set on steel.
It looks like I'm going with a VooDoo, most likely a Wanga.
I prefer the sliding dropouts to an EBB, and the price on the frame seems reasonable.
