How do you cross lanes? Usually we put our arms out to indicate but cars are much faster and it can be hard to know when to change lanes.

To cross round abouts, one must change lanes which is even harder because other cars are passing by as one must give way to the traffic on the right.

Note: The road system I describe is in Australia.

Use a mirror, and treat the lane crossing as seraprate actions, with hand signals and look over shoulder. First the move into the edge of the lane, then the move across the lane, finally the move into the next lane. Also requires nerves of steel. Good luck.

Sure is nerves of steel. And to do it every weekday!
