Foo - Bicycle smilie :-)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Some bling for my bike. :)

Lessee, the smilie, the homemade fender and that tube/cable heading into the fork cap?
Tell me, is one of them an old brake stiffener? Looks like something I had on my Mtn bike in the early 90's.
Btw, love the pun, Hon ;)

Don't know MTB's well enough to recognize mods, but I love the smilie. I'd like to put on of those on the rear of my saddle. Then I'd hear the poseurs sneakin' up behind me cause they'd be laughin'! ;) :p
How many grams is it? <serious Vega weight-wienie look>

Cap. grease port mod, plastic homemade fender.

Good! It's actually an air balance kit for the Zoch fork. They're air over oil with a schrader valve on each leg. I got this kit from Progressive Suspension to make it a single fill port, thus the legs are always equally balanced. The fender is to keep stuff of that balance tube, I made it from a plastic rock salt container.
Quite 'fred' if I say so myself :D

It's only a couple of grams, can't tell you exactly... some doper stole my triple beam.
I have another smilie cap, PM me your addy and I'll send it to you. :)

We figured they'd be laughing as you pulled away after having caught 'em, passed 'em, and left 'em for dead.

I ahve one of those brake siffeners laying about right now. It used to be on my folder, to make the stupid fake roller-cam brakes to not deflect so badly when in use.
