Just recovering now from 2 full days of a 102 fever which featured chills, no appetite, occasional sleep, headaches, flem, soreness & a nice hack.

After the fever broke, I felt like I had been beat up, twice. The bikes are getting a nice healthy rest.

No flu, but I'm starting to get a cold that has been going around our house. Coughing up crud and have a sore throat right now.

The wife and I have had a "nice" cold or flu for several days. :(
I thought about hopping on the trainer yesterday but decided to take a nap instead.
My bikes are being seriously neglected. :cry:

i got a little flu thing back in december, but i've been very lucky this winter overall. i hope i can hold out and avoid getting something altogether. *knock on wood*

I just got over that mess. I sounded like a percolator for a few days. I lived on Mucinex, pseudofed, and ibuprofen.

I got a flu shot earlier this winter; first one I've gotten in years. So of course I won't get the flu.

I had this plus strep throat a few weeks ago. I'm still having asthma from exercising/riding, but nothing my albuterol inhaler can't help me with. Get well soon!

Something really bad going around (since before Christmas) that turns into a bacterial infection in the sinus and lungs. Take care--it seems to come back on some folks. :)
