Paid for my Specialized Hardrock today! Bought a 19" in white. I pick it up Thursday and hit the trails Saturday!!:D
This is my first real (read: not Target or WalMart) bike! My first suspension bike, first 24spd, first bike w\quick shifters, first aluminum, first bike fit to me, etc. Man, I'm geeked. I was getting jacked up just test riding it around the parking lot in my work clothes!! :D

Boynton Beach. Just started hitting the Quiet Waters trail in Deerfield. I'm originally from Clearwater. My folks live in Largo so I'm in the bay area often. Was there last weekend for Mom's day. I'll be there Memorial Day weekend also. The last time I was on a MTB was in Brooksville (circa 1992) at the rock quarry. I was at the top of a downhill and went over my handlebars and torpedoed head first into the ground. Spent the night at Brooksville Community with a mild concussion. Took me until last month to try trail riding again, but it only took 1 ride to rebuild my confidence (although it'll take a lot more to rebuild my conditioning)! Now I'm geeked up to have another go at it!
