I am debating a Chris King headset for my Litespeed. Is this headset which cost alot worth it in your opinion? Would replace a Cane Creek S3.

I got one for my Litespeed. It's a great headset, albeit overpriced. But I didn't get it just to get it. My original Cane Creek bit the dust. I don't think I would replace a perfectly good headset, regardless of how much better the Chris King might arguably be.

Also keep in mind that removing the old crown race from your fork, and installing a new one must be done with care. When in doubt, or lacking proper tools, have your LBS do this for you.

I have all the tools. I built up my Litespeed myself and have what you could say a mechanics garage with more tools then some LBS's. My current CC headset I can't get quite all the way tight without just the slightest of play in it. That is why I was wondering if the CK would be the answer.
