Have mercy on me....Hello from Portland OR. Hope this winter has been good to eveyone. I commuter four to five days a week and try to spend on of my days off spinning for fun. 40 miles is my goal on a day off. Anyway, good to be here and if any one has any tips on maintaining a steel frame bike, lets hear em!
