Triathlon - Women's Position on Saddle

I am trying to get more aero on my bike.
I am adjusting my position, making my back flat, but it is uncomfortable rotating my pelvis forward, as a different part of my anatomy is taking all the pressure.
I have heard conflicting information as to where on the saddle I should be, and what part of my anatomy should by bearing the weight.
Any help?

My wife had problems "down there" when she started to increase the miles on her time trial bike. She actually tried out 3 saddles until she settled on a Terry saddle with a cutout. Though it helped a bit, she was still uncomfortable if she was in that position more than an hour. The change that made the most difference was getting better bike shorts. She had been using tri-shorts that have very little padding and an old pair of Pearl Izumi shorts that had worn padding. She bought a pair of Performance Ultra shorts and noticed a huge difference. It may have made an even bigger difference if she had bought some really good shorts like Assos or Castelli, but she's comfortable now so it's hard for her to find a reason to spend >$150 for a pair of shorts.
Regarding what part of your anatomy should be bearing your weight, I've always heard that it's supposed to be on your elbows (aero bars) and sit bones. But when you're down flat in aero position, it's not easy to stay comfortable. Have you been fitted by a professional? That may make a big difference in comfort and performance.
Yeah, I was fitted by a fit pro, but it was a guy fitting me & I didn't feel comfortable talking about that with him.
I was wearing Pearl Izumi 3D Tour shorts when fit, which I think I will wear for the ironman.
