Looking for fitting advice from somebody who sold Bianchis in a shop in the 90s.

Or alternatively, does anybody know how the following two models were fit:

* Bianchi Project 7
* Bianchi Equinox

I'm trying to figure out what the right frame size is for me in those two models, and I'm particularly interested in knowing what Bianchi recommended in terms of fitting.

Years ago I worked at two different shops that sold Bianchis, but since it's been 15 years since I left the industry, I can't remember much about the bikes of the time.
