Lazy legs

Hi all of you, I just joined your forum after clicking on a link to you from another forum I visit daily (except over weekends)
I'm from RSA and started cycling about 2 years ago, I was sort of forced into it by my twin brother who wanted to get himself a new bike and he used me as an excuse. He entered me for The Argus even though I didn't have a bike, he told his wife that I wanted to buy his old bike so he had to get a new one.
I took over his old trek and he got himself a Hybrid (trek)
Sofar I've done the Argus twice, and a couple of other local races.
I'm strictly a recreational rider trying to stay in shape with a MTB that's got road tyres fitted. :D I had heart surgery 3 years ago so I want to keep in shape.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
