Foo - Now there's some FUGLY tattoos
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Click this link (http://www.nytimes.com/packages/khtml/2007/02/22/opinion/20070223_TATTOO_FEATURE.html) to see a slide show of some pretty ugly tattoos of celebrities.
The author/narrator tries to explain why people get said tattoos.
Her explanation: they're either huge fans (uh... ok), or have a great sense of humor ( ).

Nice link, thanks.
Michelle Pfeiffer - Would have preferred a still from Scarface.
Conan O'Brien looks scary. Johnny Cash wasn't recognizable. I thought Alice Cooper was Betty Davis. Bob Barker has a Beavis smile.
Jack Nicholson Bruce Lee and Pee Wee Herman were excellent!
My favorite was the tattoo of Vincent Price.
Some excellent portraiture.

Not something I would get, but there are a couple that look like quality work. Jack Nicholson, for example.
I don't know... the ones that were really good probably won't fare well over the long haul. My favorite was probbaly the Sin City collage (last tat), but all that detail work will just bleed into itself over time... five years from now it'll probably look like crap. Anybody got examples of old portrait tattoos?
