Hi Y'all,

I came across 'Bike Forums' in my search for a cure for my injured hip. Wow, what a nice surprise to see all this activity in one place! I can't believe my eyes.

I am located in Brevard County, Florida (40 miles south of KSC) and we have recently started a bike club. If any of you ever get down this way please check our website at www.spacecoastvelosport.com for local ride information. We have rides for all levels.

Now I must get back to my quest...it hasn't been easy. If any of you have any suggestions or recommendations for healing an overtraining hip injury I want to hear them.

Hello PPG, I think if you poke around the various forums you will probably find some good information in the Training & Nutrition forum, and also perhaps the Triathlon Forum. Perhaps even the Road Cycling forum, but I would try the other two first.

There are many members in Florida! I have no doubt that they will find you...

As East Hill suggested, there are several folks here who can give you first hand infomation about your hip problem.
Talk to the folks in the Southeast regional (http://www.bikeforums.net/forumdisplay.php?f=234) subforum about your club and rides.
