I live in S. Boston and need some small bike parts to finish a restoration. Some ball bearings for the rear axle. Some "cool" stainless steel or plated socket head bolts to fit in the holes in the frame - not stuff that Federico's would have.

Would a shop like Harris have these items? It's about a half hour drive but at least I can park. I haven't been to shops downtown or in Cambridge for years so I don't know better. I thought it might be a good day to visit Mecca.

Just answered my own doh! question. They list bearings on the website. Went there Saturday and they were great. I brought all the parts from the bike I'm refurbishing and bought the bolts, bearings, brake pads, grips , fenders etc. I needed to put it together.

Got home and found the front axle bearing races are shot. So now it'll be Tuesday at least before I can finish up.
