Bicycle Mechanics - Shimano 7 speed road brifters- where can they be found?

I posted this in road bikes but mainly was just getting advice about where to buy Sora shifters, so I bring it to you. I noticed today that Walmart carries a GMC Yukon road bike ($300) that has 7-speed shimano sti shifters (but they are not sora). Shimano doesn't have them on their website and I was wondering if anyone knows if and where these can be purchases (I'm assuming they would be cheaper than Sora). I think Walmart's website lists them as Shimano Tourney, but I assume they're referring to the derailleur. I looked on Shimano's website and they're not there, so I'm just wondering if anybody knows how to get these, or if they are just something Shimano produces especially for the place that makes the wallymart bikes.

For the most part, Shimano does not sell their really low end OEM stuff through retail channels. eBay is your friend.

Also, some Wally Worlds now have a higher end Denali (I think it was the Denali Pro???) that has Sora Brifters.

The wallyworld/GMC bike uses Tourney trwistgrip shifters and a three-piece bar to thread them on.

You're thinking of the GMC Denali, I'm talking about the higher end Yukon.

Yukon XL has Sora shifters. Thanks Google. $298 at Wal Mart.

You can find working 7-speed RSX brifters on Ebay. RSX is like the rest of the Shimano STI line and does NOT have the small thumb button.

I have two bikes with sora, one 7spd, one 8spd, I am very pleased with the performance of both. ebay was my friend.
