Hello all-
Damn, it was warming up, I thought it may be getting better. Now, we have sheet ice, and snow on top of that. Gosh, I love winter's in Iowa!!

don't worry Spring is only 24 days away and it will time again to do those 50-100mi + rides along with somes races.
awh just can't wait this indoor trainer training is getting to me and others.
