Iam looking to buy a new helmet for this season but I am not sure which one to get! I narrowed it down to two awesome helmets. The 07 661 flight icon or the Troy Lee Design D2 Composite Rustic Gray??

Price is not a issue for me. Iam just wondering about which one feels better? Which one is more tough and reliable? Which one would be the best choice???

I am going to venture a guess that it's going to be a personal head shape thing that decides which one "feels better."

I cannot answer for the D2, but the Flight is an excellent helmet. The liner (comfort padding) snaps out so you can launder it and snap it back in.

I'm sure the D2 is a fine helmet but you are getting NO more protection for the extra money you'd spend. All you would be getting is the name.

Flight comes with a good zippered, handled helmet bag and a spare visor too.
