Ok, final post regarding this. Sorry for bothering all of you, howvere i need advice. I can get a SC Heckler frame for about the Same price as a RM Edge. WHich do I go with. I will be doing aggresive xc and light freeriding. Which is more efficient and lighter and absorbs travel best? Thanks

Tough...both are good bikes. Same travel (give or take .25 inch) length but different designs. 3d link and single pivot. Sc single pivots are exception performers and have proven that single pivots can still be efficient. Can you ride either. This is a really tough one. I would probably go sc because the suspension is proven and it 'looks' better. I don't like how the edge looks.

Sorry can't give more details but these bikes are going to come down to a how does it feel question and nothing else. The edge is probably a little stiffer and better for xcish riding while the heckler can go a little bigger.
