Mountain Biking - Any other Turner DHR Riders out there? (Photos?)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Sorry, I don't have a Turner. Would love to have one though. I recently did a complete tear down and rebuild on one. I don't think the guy "EVER" took the thing off-road. Talk about a waste. Definately NOT the bike for just riding on the road. I mean, to spend that much money for a bike with so much travel, that'll really be SLOW on the road????
I just don't understand some people! Either way, I got to spend some time "test riding" yeah that's it, "test riding" it, and to top it off, he gave me a 6-pack for a tip!

Very cool! I've seen the 2003, and I like everything they did, except the 1.5" headtube. It's just such a killer ride... a2psyklnut, you should have liberated that bike... a life without dirt is unfair.. it's like not taking your dog for a walk!

Hey it's a scary steep driveway.
I don't have a downhill bike but I would rather be going down than up or on the flats. I ride XC and some of the people I ride with cringe at the site of me bombing down some of these technical hills. Don't get me wrong... I do enjoy the climb too... you won't see me walking up the hill with a "pushy". LOL
