First I thought the bikes looked a little funny, then I thought the riders looked a little soft, then I thought the druggy dudes lurking in the background shadows were weird, the I noticed the name of the city.

Was the title a reference to the chant that the pigs teach the sheep in George Orwell's Animal Farm? Or did you just simply pick those words and it sounds like it? Granted, it's "Four legs good, two legs better," it's still the same format. Yes, I'm weird.
