I used to like Mr. Durst, but now he's old news. I just got a haircut. What do you guys get for a cut? I get a 2 on the sides and a 3 on the top.

I woke up this morning with pretty long hair, long enough where I could see it. Now I have a 3 on the top and a 1 on the sides, and it feels so wierd, I feel bald.

Yeah, but it's back to a hat (not that I ever ditched it) for me. I didn't go to my usual barber because he now has some mentally ******** guy (seriously) there to cut hair and he is the worst barber I've ever seen in my whole life. But, I went to some other barber and he completely butchered my hair so I'm kinda really pissed. I might just grow my hair out from now on...

I dont like going places for haircuts anymore. I went to this one place and I didnt want my hair short and the stupid lady was trimming my hair with a buzzer and a comb. She slipped and took a nice chunk of my hair, but it was fixable if we went a little shorter than I wanted. Then she did it again to the skin. So I got pissed of and left and they were yellin at me sayin I have to pay.

Well I trust my grandma to give me a hair, a real word of advice is never let your father give you a haircut.

Never let someone hired by Uncle Sam cut your hair!
also...if you get dreds removed, make sure the person who does it knows what s/he is doing!

Still deciding, I'm thinking about joining the Navy to be a SeaBee (construction battalion). If i did that i could be an electrician, which I'm already working on becoming and I do not have to be on a boat.

Really? Do you know if they liked it or not? What branch were you in? Did you regret serving?

No. It's just a lot easier because then she doesn't have to make an appointment. And it's free.

I don't make an appointment. It's just a barbershop.

I might try a place that does hairstyling, and have them 'style' mine.
Although then what happens when I wash it? Do I have to pay another 30 bucks to make it look good again? lol

Eh, I think the whole "styling" thing is just a waste of money. My brother had it done once. Basically, they cut your hair a certain way so that it looks "good" when you do a certain something to your hair, and then they teach you how to do it. It was rather stupid, because if you left it normal it would look like crap. It's too expensive too. $10 and I have a good haircut.
i dunno. i've been pretty happy with my haircuts lately

I shave a couple times a week, not that i need to but I want to be able to grow a sweet tash in a few years. I only wash my hair like once a week depending on the crap that gets in it and I hav'nt had a haircut for 3-4 years except last night I finally got it trimmed about 5mm coz it pretty much stopped growing for months, aiming to get it to the bottom of me ribcage then dred it as soon as I leave ****ing school that doesn't let you have em'. When I do get a haircut my mum does it and thats because she used to be a hair-dresser + I trust her more then ****ty hairdressers that always take twice as much off as you asked + I'm cheap. And don't say I've got hippie hair coz it's not, it's metal, theres a difference.

I haven't had one in awhile but i kinda like my hair like it is now. I don't know if i allready said this but i trimmed my sideburns the other day and actually did a good job. I'll probly buzz my head in the Summer.
You know it's time to get a haircut when your helmet starts getting tight.

yes, I really knew some SeaBees
Yes, I think they liked it...except 1 guy who switched rates to MA (Master-at-Arms)
Navy (hence knowing the SeaBee's)
No regrets serving...but I never served on a ship...When I was done with my 'A' school, my rate (Machinist's Mate (http://usmilitary.about.com/od/enlistedjob1/a/mm.htm)) was 120% manned at sea, so I was offered a 9545 billet [Military Law Enforcement (NOT shore patrol)]...was stationed at a new base in South Texas (Ingleside) that wasn't open, so the job was a cake-walk. Being on a yet-to-be-open base gave me the oppertunity to become a Small Boat Coxswain (Up to 40'), Honor Guard for the base, Tactical Response team, and a SCUBA diver (non-military). I would have stayed in IF the Nave would have switched my rate to MA and made me a dog handler.
