After posting, go back to your post, then "edit", you'll get an option for delete, followed with a circle to check for delete message

ok, i remember that a while ago but now there is no delete option!

There should be a delete option still. Click on the edit button on the post, at the bottom of the text box that opens up should be the buttons for: Save, Go Advanced, Delete, Cancel. You'll of course want the delete one.
Btw: were you looking to delete a thread or just a post? Only mods can delete a complete thread (and we can edit titles and such too). ;)
