A group rides from the Colonade (spelling) center every Sat. morning at 8. Also Tom at the Kickstand could help you. I don't go as far as you do but from Beaumont past Lumberton you have good roads. I ride on the access road of 69 then before Lumberton go toward the Village Creek State Park. From that point you can ride toward Silsbee or Kuntze, 69 to Silbee is getting into some rolling hills. You can park under an overpass near the Pine Island Bayou and go to Silbee and back, that should get you close to 30 miles. Sorry I can't get specific about distance and suggest some other places, but you're better not trying the directions I could give. Such as turn at the light before the bridge and then take the right to go across the small bridge etc... Good luck. If you see a middle age dude on an old mtn bike its me, give a wave, I ride between the Bayou and the park.
