You'll have to show us and tell us more about it. There is hope of something good in the chromed rear stays.

:edit: I assume that this is from a CL ad?

St. Tropez: An un-distinguished low-end marque. Some of these are Taiwanese, not French. The bottom of the barrel.

Not an inspiring beginning, but check the components and see if there is a frame tubing sticker. Also the dropouts: forged = good, stamped = not so much.
