Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and to Mountain biking so please bear with me. Right now I have an issue with my fork I find to plush when climbing. My question is I know I can buy a spring upgrade and a add on lock-out function. What I need help on is which do I get or which will benefit me the most. The fork in question is a Manitou Mars.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, don't worry about being a mountian biker, we tolerate MTB'ers anytime between the hours of 9:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. EST or whenever there are fewer then 10 roadies on - line, providing they wait their turn to post ;)

Sounds like if your not bottoming out the fork on big hits the lock-out would be the better option.
