Greensboro NC to Myrtle Beach SC

A friend and I are planning a trip from Greensboro NC to Myrtle Beach SC and were wondering if anyone had any information or tips. Routes to take or avoid or helpful hints. We were figuring on 200-220 miles spread out over 3 days. Any helpful hints about riding that amount would also be appreciated.

Something I would love to do myself if I could get the time off work. But here is the link to North Carolina's state biking network.
