The funniest part is this joker probably won and is just too humble to brag about it.

My mentor back when I started was that way. He was a Cat 1, and I managed to get my first 3rd placing as a cat 4, in my 6th race. I was ecstatic and spent 1/2 an hour telling him all about it, and he was really excited for me, asking me all the details.

So, I asked how he did (my race at 7am, I missed his at 2pm). "Oh, I got in a good break and won."
