I briefly had time to scan the issue while at an airport, but the abs workout section actually looked functional. Unfortunately, the issue is off shelves, and I didn't grab a copy.

Can anyone please give me a recap of the core workout, and does anyone have an opinion as to how good the wrokout is?

Thx!

I have it at home.

I'll try to remember to post the details later today. I glanced at it, but not closely enough to say much about it. It's one of those things that you think is going to be detailed and take up multiple pages (since it's on the cover), but winds up being only a page or two.

I appreciate it!

The workouts are pretty good. I have tried them a few times. You can probably find out more at http://www.cyclo-core.com/ . I am pretty sure this is who supplied the exercises.

Wouldn't Bicycling Mag have had to attribute such a thing?

I was trying to avoid cyclocore like the plague, especially since the issue of Bicycling magazine costs only $5. Cyclocore is one of the most annoyingly pushy websites--I signed up for the "free tips", and not only did I get nothing useful at all form it (i.e. no tips), I got a clogged inbox full of sales pitches. Cyclocore apparently wasn't content to let their product sell itself...

If mateo doesn't get you the exercises let me know. I wrote them all down while at the library.

I just found the article at the Bicycling Magazine web site (http://www.bicycling.com/article/1,6610,s1-4-20-15681-1,00.html) . The article has a quote from Cyclo-core, so the exercises might not be from there, sorry for the mistake.

I hope the link helps you out. If it doesn't just go to the home page and click on training and the article on the core exercises is in the box at the top of the page that changes.

Thanks a ton!! I searched the site pretty heavily a few days ago, and I was positive it wasn't there. Maybe they put it up after the issue expires from news stands?

Either way, thanks again!

I am glad I could help. I hope the exercises help also. After my first attempt I was sore, but I haven't been as sore lately.

i've been doing these core exercises from Bicycling magazine 2-3 times a week for the past month or so. It has been a pretty good workout. the first time I did it, I was dead sore the next day!
