I use Profile Airstrykes and like them. I've had them for several years, so I can't remember the cost, but probably around $100.00 Cdn.

Impossible to answer. Just find the ones that fit your budget and you feel comfortable on.

I'll second the endorsement of Profile Airstrykes. They are solid and beautifully made. I got mine second hand from BikeForum for $50.
