Newbie question about Dahon Speed P8

Looks like a really nice bike. My question is can it later be upgraded to use a front suspension fork made for 20 inch wheels ?? I see there are some front suspension forks out there that have the 1 1/8 inch steertube. Is it possible and has anyone done this ?? Thanks for any info. God Bless :)

I think you need to check out the Dahon site and look at the specs for the headtube of the speed P8. If it's a normal, non-proprietary part (which I'm pretty sure it is) it should be no problem. If you're looking for front suspension but don't like the price tag of the suspended Dahons, I suggest checking out the Downtube site and the Downtube threads on this forum. The Downtube with front suspension is $299.
