I cant seem to get the manual going rite i can go for like 2-3 ft but i can seem to go any further. can anybody help me?

2 to 3 feet...you are at the practice stage and not the knowing how stage. Sounds like you aren't leaning far enough back. Also if you don't have speed you have to hump the seat to keep momentum :)
