I am mostly a roadie but looking to have another option for occasional rides. Might do some racing this Winter too. Want to build up a bike, plan for 10 speed (prob 105) just to keep it simple and allow swap to road bike if needed (eg. would use CX wheels w/ road tires for wheel truck when racing).

I have been looking for frames for the last month or so (54/55) but haven't seen a whole lot. Local has a 2003 Cross Concept in good shape, not much mileage, priced pretty good (about the same as what a new Conquest goes for).

Anyone have personal experience good/bad on '03 CC?
