THIS IS PROBABLY THE STUPIDEST QUESTION EVER BUT ILL SAY IT NE WAYZ. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN MAKE MY BIKE LIGHTER WITHOUT HAVING TO SPEND MONEY OR SPEND LITTLE? ALSO MY CHAIN KEEPS COMING OFF AND I DONT KNO Y IT GETS ALL JAMMED AND ANNOYS ME! CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME HOW TO AVVOID THIS!?!?!?!

Sound like your deraileur isn't setup right. Goto the maintenance section of this site and read the chapter on rear deraileur setup.

It is not free, but the cheapest lightening trick you can do that also offers a chance to make ride/handling improvements is a tire change. I knocked 8 ounces off my trials bike changing tires.

without spending money? ummm...you could remove the seatpost and saddle, or how about every 3rd spoke. oh yeah your brakes and shifters are dead weight too, toss 'em.

Actually, you could drink a lot of water, watch what you eat, and drop some weight off your body first! That's ususally MUCH cheaper.

The irony with bicycles, is the more you pay, the less you get!

My Bike is a crappy raleigh ambush. not the best of bikes but it is okay i can manage with it but i wanna make some improvments on it.
