Anyone use this?

I just a few packs of the mix and have made two batches. They are quite good. A little healthier than my standard Kashi bars...

I've never heard of it. I've been planning on making my own from scratch and just kind of winging it. Oatmeal, honey, peanut butter...yeah. :)

I had once found a recipe for some stuff called Oatmeal chocolate Outcake, that was not too bad. But a little dry, so I went back to the Kashi bars. I have been eating nothing but Kashi bars for the last year and needed something different. So I searched and found these. Not too bad, actually pretty good. Problem is cost. One $5.5 package makes 10 bars, so they are not cheap, especially, when you have add the wet ingredient (applesauce, yogurt, etc.). Someday, I will break down the ingredients and make my own.

Yeah, that's why I'm leaning to just starting out with my own...I don't want to be putting $15-25 a month alone in an afternoon snack of mine every month. Plus, I feel accomplished when I make things for myself. :)
