Anyone out there used CLA and fish oil combination? Just started myself and was wondering what results other have had and what time frame (3rd day for me so no results but will post weekly weight/measurements plus the delta from Baseline).

Thanks for the info.

I do the fish oil and CLA combo and didn't notice any results until I was almost finished with my first bottle of CLA. (Been doing the fish oil thing since forever.) I was at a plateau in my weight loss for almost 2 months before I added the CLA. By the end of bottle two I was down 10lbs. My diet stayed fairly consistent week to week, and my exercise routine was strictly followed. I take 5 CLA a day along with 18 fish oils. Two CLA at breakfast, one at lunch, and two at bedtime. I take 3 fish oils with every meal.

Stick it out, see what happens! Best of luck!

It works without question for most people.. I seem to be a non-responder to CLA, which is a pity.

Was it a combined product, or 2 seperate products that you used?

They're two different products. The fish oil is Spring Valley brand (get the enteric coated to avoid the fishy burps) and the CLA is Rexall Brand, which uses the Tonalin CLA formula.

I take them also, but not as much as I should be.
