For the past couple of days i've had a pain right under my right sholder bone in the back. Is it due to a bad fit with the bike or just a hurt muscle? any ideas on a quick recovery

As I would recommend to anyone, if it is a problem of some importance to you, then consult a medical professional (I am a medical professional, but not YOUR medical professional). Without more information, I would tell you that it could be anything including rib pain, muscular pain, nerve/disc pain, "stitch-in-the-side" pain, Gall Bladder pain, and more.
I can say that if you have suffered no trauma and have been riding regularly without recent changes to your program/positioning, it is probably NOT "bike-fit" pain.
