Will at Bolt Bros is a good choice. If you are concerned about the hour drive, try Al at the Bike Gallery on Park Rd. in Charlotte. He has years of experience building wheels. He built a set of CXP 30's for me about 10 years ago, and they are still as true as the day he handed them to me.
