I would like to see this forum section live up to its title, so thought I'd look for web resources for cycling A&S "stuff"
Here are a few google picks, in no particular order, just to kick things off:
http://www.cyclingadvocacy.com/
http://www.ctc.org.uk/
http://probicycle.com/
http://www.bikeleague.org/programs/bikeadvocacy/
The views expressed in the above sites are not necessarily those of the OP ;)
Cheers,
Ed

Cool--thanks for the links.
On that last one, I found this: The 2005 Energy Policy Act (PL 109-58) signed into law by President Bush on August 8, 2005 authorizes a $6.2 million program to study the energy impact of shifting car trips to bicycle trips in up to ten communities. Congress should appropriate funding to implement the study, which will be managed by the Secretary of Transportation.
While that sounds like a great idea, why does it cost 6.2 million to study this? Isn't it a no-brainer?
Bicycle Transportation Alliance (http://www.bta4bikes.org/), for those in the Pac NW.
And my favorite, though not necessarily an advocacy site, it might get people to fall in love with the bicycle: Bike Reader (http://www.bikereader.com/)
This one was posted in another thread. http://www.pps.org/
