Foo - Personal emotional healing, and a return soon to Foo.

My dear Foo-peeps. I was in such intractable emotional pain when I first arrived in Foo in Nov 2006, I could not always think straight. Yet, you all put up with me, gently and solicitously, checking in on my well-being when I was too silent, cajoling me when I was on board. I thank you all. :)

But I've finally reached a point where I must interact physically and emotionally with people who exist immediately here in my real life. Another source of new pain and stress, as you can imagine. But, I know, even if I don't hear from you, you have all made me stronger. Again, I thank you all.

I will check in on Foo soon. But it seems that being away for a while is a part of my emotional healing. Some of you will understand this. Others, just have to trust Vega. <very serious Vega look>

I will return soon. And, in the meantime, I hug you all. (Pour les francophones parmi vous: je vous embrace, et très fort.)

It's weird how that happens, isn't it? I just can't believe how recently VV joined Foo! It seems like she's always been here (in a nice way, not in a strange guy-at-Tim-Horton's-at-3-in-the-morning kind of way). I, too, will miss her during her absence.

Do what you need to do Vega. We are always here for you...just a PM or a post away. And when you come back as a regular....which you will...we will have a "Foo Party!!":D You've become an integral part of this community and you will most certainly be missed during your absence! :) ;)

You are a strong and wise woman, I have all the confidence in the world that you are going to be just fine as this process unfolds, it just takes time and work to get where you need to be, all the best to you as you move ahead. I rarely post on these boards due to time constraints, however I always check out the latest posts in the evenings. You are a very welcoming, polite and sincere person. You will be missed ... until you're back that is. Enjoy life!
