I'm going to a meeting at a Starbucks in Long Beach and figured I'd ride the Lower San Gabriel River Trail to get there. Not being familiar with that part of the trail, was wondering if someone could offer guidance on getting off of it to get to the Starbucks. Pretty sure I'll be on the east side, so might need guidance on overpasses as well to get to the West side.

Both gates are open on the Willow exit. That would be the easiest coming north or south. If your coming North you make a left at the bike bridge crossing, just after the 405 fwy, and Willow will be the first street.
